Trump's Nvidia, AMD China deal: National security risks persist
President Trump confirmed on Monday that the US government reached a deal with Nvidia (NVDA) to grant the artificial intelligence (AI) chipmaker export licenses for its H20 chips to China in exchange for 15% of the sales. The Trump administration has reportedly made a similar deal with AMD (AMD) as well.
